Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the item to us within 14 days. Email service@loverocksboutique.com Please note: returns must be received by us within 14 days of the date UPSP delivers the item to you. The item(s) must be returned unworn and undamaged, with all labels and tags still intact. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed.  Some custom-made items may not be returnable.  Please Note: Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

Receiving a Refund
Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all shipments within the USA excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your pre-taxed refund.
Alternatively, you can request a LOVE ROCKS BOUTIQUE store credit that can be used against future purchase at LOVE ROCKS BOUTIQUE. Please note, store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue and will expire on the first anniversary of this date.
